What we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a demo call, we receive what you type in: your name, business, email, phone number, industry and message. For a demo call we also keep the call's summary and conversation.

What we use it for

To call you for the demo you asked for, to reply to you, and to follow up about BE Voice. We don't sell your details or add you to mailing lists without asking.

Demo calls

A demo call is made only when you ask for one and tick the box. You'll be talking with an AI, and the call is recorded and written up so our team can follow up. Ask not to be called again on the call and we won't call you again.

Counting visits

We count visits to this website with Binary Elements' own analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: which pages are read, how quickly they load, roughly where visitors come from, and whether forms were sent. When you send an enquiry or ask for a demo, we also note how you found the site (the page you arrived on, the site or ad that sent you), to see which of our advertising works.
